The YD-II-6 is an automatic six-head filling machine controlled by a PLC touch screen. Six stations fill simultaneously with high accuracy, delivering a filling speed of 1500 pcs/hour across a 10-1000g range. Servo motor control, together with automatic bottle in-feed, out-feed and positioning, keeps the line running steadily. The machine frame is SS201, all product-contact parts are SS304 and the pump body is SS316. It is widely used for filling wax liquid, liquid aromatherapy, essential oil and other liquids, and container sizes from 37-150mm can be customized.
