Yide Candle Factory has developed a bespoke automated production line for inserting wicks into tapered glass cups, customized for a leading candle manufacturer in Guatemala. This advanced system ensures high stability and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Key features include specially designed cylindrical base molds that prevent glass tipping, a drying system that removes residual moisture before wick insertion, and full automation that minimizes manual intervention. The line seamlessly integrates with the client’s existing steam labeling equipment.
