The machine frame is SS201, all product-contact parts are SS304 and the pump body is SS316. The HMI touch screen handles all settings, so switching to another bottle size or filling weight takes only a few taps instead of mechanical adjustment. The Yide YD-MDX is an automatic wooden wick inserting machine built for jar candle production lines. It combines a vibratory bowl feeder, a robotic arm and a rotary table, so wooden wicks with metal clips are placed into glass candle jars automatically and continuously. Every jar receives a centered, upright, firmly clipped wick before wax filling, which prevents wick tilting, sinking and falling during the following processes.
