With an impressive output of 2000-2500 pieces per hour, this automated line reduces labor requirements by 2-3 workers.
Technical Highlights
-Customized Mold Design:
Specially designed cylindrical base molds ensure optimal stability for tapered glass cups.
-Drying System:
The reciprocating conveyor belt at the front end thoroughly dries residual steam inside cups before wick insertion, compatible with the client’s existing steam label shrinking machine.
-Automated Process:
Operators manually place dried cups into molds for automatic wick insertion. After completion, both mold and cup return to the rotary table for mold recycling.
