During the livestream, we offered an in-depth look at the fully automated candle production line in our Foshan factory. The entire line stretches 52 meters and is smartly designed in a U-shape to save space while maintaining smooth and efficient workflow.

The production line is equipped with several key machines:

• Fully Automatic Wick Inserting Machine: This machine automatically places and secures the wick in the center of the cup, ensuring precision and consistency.

• Preheating System: Cups are preheated before filling to prevent air bubbles or uneven surfaces caused by cold containers.

• Dual Filling Systems:

  • 12-Head Filling Machine: Ideal for mass production of single-color, single-scent candles. It can fill 12 cups at a time, greatly improving efficiency.

  • XYZ Filling Machine: Suitable for smaller batches or more customized candle styles. Offers high filling precision and easy color/scent changeover.

After the first filling, the candles pass through a 30-meter mesh conveyor belt where they slowly cool and solidify. During this stage, workers manually adjust the wick to keep it centered. However, since this is done before the wax fully hardens, it may leave minor surface cracks.

To solve this, the factory implements a second filling step, adding a small amount of wax to smooth the surface. Once cooled, the candle surface becomes even and visually perfect.
